Mixtape’s
target audience would be for those who enjoy light-hearted films.
The film is
about a boy who’s found his first love which is mainly bonded through music, so
could also be enjoyed by people who are interested in music.
The age that this
would be aimed for is people who are 12 or over due to the characters ages. It
is also quite nostalgic with the soundtrack so could appeal to adults.
It would
be the sort of short film that’s easily accessible (YouTube, Vimeo) as it’s
clearly just a budget short film.
I think that the target audience will be older people in their late 20s, thirties who remember having a cassette recorders. It is nostalgic. Also its about first love.
